Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to the New Holland Coffee Company within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. The New Holland Coffee Company will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Please call 717-355-0565 to process a return.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling method and time shipped after the sale Shipping All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you and either ship the product as soon as possible, find a suitable replacement or credit your account. We do not ship over the weekend.
