New Holland Coffee Co & @northstar.initiative are New Holland Coffee Co & @northstar.initiative are collaborating on a very special awareness project called “Shine a Light on Slavery Day.” Started by @enditmovement, Shine a Light on Slavery Day is a day to bring awareness to the fact that human trafficking is happening TODAY, right here in Lancaster County. Today, our staff will be wearing a red ❌ on their hand to encourage conversation and show their support for those who are victims and survivors of human trafficking. We encourage you to do the same! Along with this, we are adding a QR code to give directly to North Star Initiative on all of our coffee cups. North Star Initiative owns and operates The Harbor, a safe house for survivors of sex trafficking. They are based out of Lititz, PA and provide survivors a safe place to stay, heal, and become whole once again through their restoration program. Love this place! Pictured is the salmon avocado toast: 10 out of 10. It's outstanding. Great value. Tons of salmon, perfectly matched to creamy avocado, soft and substantive rosemary bread, topped by the perfect fried egg with a smooth layer of cream cheese. Come and get it!
