Three different styles of service to meet your needs.
CASH BAR - Mobile Coffee Shop
Full espresso bar menu service available for purchase by your guests. In this option, the truck would be just like a mobile coffee shop. All beverages for purchase will be 12oz. We accept cash and credit cards. Charges for bringing the truck to the event will be invoiced after the event.
TAB PACKAGE
Full espresso bar menu service available for purchase by your guests. All drinks ordered will be tallied on a tab and added to the total bill that the host pays.
UNLIMITED PACKAGE
Unlimited drinks from our full espresso bar menu!
This package is perfect for parties, weddings, and corporate events with over 100 people in attendance. The event host will pay an invoice at the end of the event, and no guests will be asked for payment.

All event destinations must be within a 50 mile radius of New Holland Coffee Company headquarters (832 West Main Street New Holland PA 17557).

Yes! In order to do so we will need to know
1.) The number of anticipated guests
2.) How many hours of service you would like
3.) The address of your event to configure mileage
4.) Which package you are most interested in

Unfortunately, our truck does not serve any food, but if you are interested in utilizing our catering services, let us know and we will send you a PDF of our catering menu. The catered food we bring cannot be served out of the truck but can be served buffet style at your event.

Yes, ask us!

Once your date is confirmed, we request a $150.00 deposit to hold the date for your event. The deposit is non-refundable but will be used towards your total event booking. If you are interested in booking, let us know and we will send you a contract/CC form to fill out to take care of the deposit.

Our coffee truck can only be stationed outdoors. Unfortunately, due to generator requirements we cannot set up a service bar indoors.
