How do I become a customer?
We’re glad you asked! Email us at sales@newhollandcoffee.com and we will send you all of the necessary information. To qualify as a wholesale customer, we require a copy of at least three of the following items: Resale tax permit, personalized business card or ID, voided business check, picture of your storefront, business advertisement, business phone listing, proof of professional certification, website address, or invoice from another vendor. If your business is not open yet, contact us for information and we will work with you to provide any assistance we can in getting your business open successfully.
How does ordering work?
Orders should be placed a week prior to when you would like your coffee picked up or delivered. You can place via email or you can maintain a standing order.
What does the fair trade symbol mean?
Fair Trade Certified Coffees: Rwandan and Ethiopian

Can I get my coffee ground?
Yes! We can grind your coffee for drip, fine, espresso, Turkish, percolator, coarse, pour over, or we can leave it whole bean. Just let us know when you place your order!
Can I make my own blend?
Absolutely! Let us know what you would like to try and we will send you some samples to make sure you are getting the perfect blend for you!
What is the best way to store coffee?
To keep coffee as fresh as possible it should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container.
How do payments work?
We’ll email you an invoice you for each order, which you can pay by check or credit card.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer coffee in 2.5 ounce portion packs, 4 ounce, 8 ounce, 1 pound and 5 pound bags. If you are selling our coffee as part of your retail we offer a sleek 12 ounce black bag with a UPC code on the label! Ask us more if you are considering retailing our coffee.
